I didn’t used to be very good at “play” and now in my 40’s, I’m still building a practice around it. Whether being playful comes naturally to you or you’ve found your way to it, this month I’d love for you to share one of your favorite ways to be playful.

Please share one or more of your favorite little (or big) ways to play.

Absolutely any answer is wonderful. I hope to get all kinds of things from silly to structured, from home to work, from playing with kids to playing in your mind to playing games. I'm here for all of it.

Some of my favorites are silly impromptu puns or made-up lyrics that fit a known song, board games (the more story the better), and making time every day to ideate in my work (the more I cycle through iterations of ideas & design, the more I enjoy my work & better it gets).
